Kuwait Motor Town are running their own Roll Racing at the Drag Strip.

The KMT Drag Strip is 1,240m strip, an NHRA worldwide member track. 

Roll racing is a race that starts from a “roll,” meaning both vehicles start from a rolling start or anything but zero KM/H. 

The quickest ET determines the winner, not first to finish or top speed.

Timing begins when the vehicle crosses the starting line speed trap located 3m past drag starting line.

Due to COVID-19 operating protocols:

1. All Registration will be online to avoid contact between people from on-site registration.
2. THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS FOR SPECTATORS at all KMT Drag events.
3. Only one crew member will be permitted entry with each racer and allowed with each race car on track.
4. Drivers meeting will be handled differently, and all driver must maintain a minimum of 2m safe distance from each other
5. Everyone should be wearing a mask and gloves at all times. This is a KMT policy
6. No gatherings in the paddock area, or at tech inspection. 2m safe distancing rules apply here also.
7. Racers at Tech Inspection will not leave the vehicle until asked to open the hood and inspection will take place while maintaining social distancing [2m] between the KMT official and the Racer
8. KMT can only accept contactless electronic payment (Knet/Credit Cards) for all other on-site retail purchases – No CASH payments will be accepted.

Registration Requirement:

• All drivers must sign a waiver on arrival or during tech inspection.
• Online registration will be closed before 24 hours of starting the session.
• You must arrive in time for Sign-on, Tech Inspection and driver's briefing. If you are late to Sign-on you will not be able to participate or be credited. (Please check the schedule below).
